采用DSC技术检测合金Fe Ni Al Ga PBSi C和Fe YB的热参数,根据物理化学原理,计算了合金的混合焓,分析了两种合金的玻璃转变温度Tg、晶化温度Tx及玻璃形成能力参数γ与合金混合焓之间的相互关系。结果表明:在一定范围内,随Tg、Tx和γ增加,混合焓ΔH值增大。因此,在非晶制备过程中进行成分设计时,可通过计算合金的混合焓来预测合金的形成能力。结果表示,当合金Fe Ni Al Ga PBSi C和Fe YB的混合焓值分别达-47.0和-29.7时,参数γ达到0.3867,这表明合金具有良好的非晶形成能力。
The thermal parameters of Fe Ni Al Ga PBSi C and Fe YB were measured by DSC. The enthalpies of mixing were calculated according to physico-chemical theory. The glass transition temperature (Tg), crystallization temperature (Tx) and glass forming ability γ and the mixing enthalpy of the alloy. The results show that the enthalpy ΔH increases with the increase of Tg, Tx and γ within a certain range. Therefore, the compositional design during the amorphous preparation can be predicted by calculating the alloy’s mixing enthalpy to form the alloy. The results show that when the mixing enthalpy of the alloy Fe Ni Al Ga PBSi C and Fe YB reaches -47.0 and -29.7, respectively, the parameter γ reaches 0.3867, indicating that the alloy has good amorphous formation ability.
