目的 :评价加替沙星片治疗细菌性感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :39例病人 ,随机分为治疗组 2 0例和对照组 19例 ,分别应用加替沙星片和左氧氟沙星片 ,剂量均为 0 .2g ,bid ,饭前口服给药 ,疗程 7～ 14d。结果 :加替沙星片和左氧氟沙星片的临床有效率分别为 90 .0 %和 84 .2 % ,细菌清除率分别为 88.2 %和 87.5 % ,两组不良反应发生率分别为 10 %和 15 % ,试验中未见光敏反应及其他严重不良反应。结论 :加替沙星片可作为治疗细菌性感染有效、安全的抗菌药。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin tablets in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods: Thirty-nine patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 19). Gatifloxacin tablets and levofloxacin tablets were administered respectively. The dosage was 0.2 g twice daily for 7 ~ 14 days . Results: The clinical efficacies of gatifloxacin tablets and levofloxacin tablets were 90.0% and 84.2% respectively, and the bacterial clearance rates were 88.2% and 87.5% respectively. The incidences of adverse reactions in both groups were 10% and 15%, respectively , No photosensitive test and other serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Gatifloxacin tablets can be used as an effective and safe antibacterial for the treatment of bacterial infections.
