目的:了解零陵区中小学校饮用水卫生现状及介水传染病的发病情况,为进一步改善饮用水质量,预防介水传染病的发生和流行提供科学依据。方法按照国家水质分析标准方法对该区的16所中小学校的生活饮用水进行分析。按照拟定的调查表,采用现状加回顾性的流行病学的调查方法对饮用该水的学生进行介水传染病的发病情况调查。结果该区中小学校饮用水的合格率仅为25.00%,不合格项目为细菌总数、总大肠菌群超标,游离性余氯;近1年16所学校饮水学生的肠炎、细菌性痢疾、甲型肝炎的发病率分别为5.55%、0.34%、0.09%。结论零陵区中小学校饮用水存在微生物污染,导致了介水传染病的发生。
Objective: To understand the status quo of drinking water hygiene in primary and middle schools in Lingling District and the incidence of water-borne infectious diseases, so as to provide a scientific basis for further improving the quality of drinking water and preventing the occurrence and prevalence of water-borne infectious diseases. Methods The drinking water of 16 primary and secondary schools in this area was analyzed according to the national standard of water quality analysis. In accordance with the proposed questionnaire, the status quo and retrospective epidemiological survey method to investigate the incidence of water-borne infectious diseases of students who drink the water. Results The qualified rate of drinking water in primary and secondary schools in this district was only 25.00%. The total number of unqualified bacteria, total coliform bacteria and free residual chlorine were the unqualified items. Enteritis, bacillary dysentery, The incidence of hepatitis were 5.55%, 0.34% and 0.09%, respectively. Conclusion Lingling district primary and secondary schools have microbial contamination of drinking water, leading to the occurrence of water-borne infectious diseases.
