目的和方法:采用膜片钳技术( 细胞贴附式) 研究不同浓度氯化镧(LaCl3) 对培养下丘脑神经元上L- 型钙通道单通道电流的影响。结果:与加药前相比,1 μmol/L 和10 μmol/L LaCl3 分别使L- 型钙通道的开放下降75 % ( P<0-01) ,开放时间缩短44 % ( P< 0-01) ,关闭时间延长53 % ( P< 0-01) ;而0-1 μmol/LLaCl3 分别使L- 型Ca2+ 通道的开放概率增加38 % ( P< 0-05) ,开放时间延长48 % ( P< 0-01) ,关闭时间缩短26 % ( P< 0-05) 。结论:低浓度LaCl3 可兴奋培养下丘脑神经细胞L 型钙通道
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The effects of different concentrations of LaCl3 on L-type calcium channel single channel currents in cultured hypothalamus neurons were studied using patch-clamp technique (cell attachment method). RESULTS: Lauryl sulfate at 1 μmol / L and 10 μmol / L respectively decreased opening of L-type calcium channel by 75% (P <0-01) and opening time by 44% (P <0-01 ), Prolonged by 53% (P <0-01), while 0-1 μmol / LLaCl3 increased the open probability of L-type Ca 2+ channel by 38% (P <0-05) <0-01), the closing time was reduced by 26% (P <0-05). Conclusion: Low concentrations of LaCl3 can excite L type calcium channel in hypothalamic neurons
