介绍了近几年来螺旋藻藻种选育的研究进展。从自然分离、人工诱变、基因工程等3个方面论述它们在螺旋藻育种中的应用。其中以采用物理或化学诱变剂的人工诱变方法最广泛 ,它们对藻丝形态、生长速度、最适生长温度、生化组成、产量等产生影响 ,具有明显的诱变正效应。基因工程育种有待深入研究。
The research progress of spirulina algae breeding in recent years is introduced. From the natural separation, artificial mutagenesis, genetic engineering, three aspects of their application in spirulina breeding. Among them, artificial mutagenesis methods using physical or chemical mutagens are the most widely used. They have an obvious mutagenic positive effect on the morphology, growth speed, optimal growth temperature, biochemical composition, yield and the like of the filament. Genetic engineering breeding needs further study.
