东风5型机车用8240ZJ型柴油机提升功率的主要制约因素之一,是柴油机燃烧室零件的热负荷。本文对该机提升功率后气缸盖的热负荷状况进行了预测和使用寿命评估,对其主要可李功的性能参数和气缸盖材料的物理性能参数作了灵敏度分析,并提出提升功率后可能出现的问题及解决措放,从而为8240ZJ型柴油机的进一步强化提供了热负荷分析的依据。
