目的：研究头孢拉定（含精氨酸）注射液与利巴韦林注射液在0．9％氯化钠溶液中配伍后的稳定性。方法：紫外分光光度法。结果：头孢拉定注射液与利巴韦林注射液在25℃±1℃配伍稳定，12h后含量略有降低。pH值变化不明显。结论：在0．9％氯化钠液中两药可以配伍应用。
Objective: To study the stability of cefradine (including arginine) injection and ribavirin injection in 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Methods: UV spectrophotometry. Results: Cefradine injection and ribavirin injection were stable at 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃, and the content decreased slightly after 12h. pH change is not obvious. Conclusion: The two drugs can be used in 0.9% sodium chloride solution compatibility.
