作者对小麦杂种F_2→F4代9个主要性状进行了多年实际选样,并根据实际选择所得结果计算了性状的遗传实现率和遗传进度。主要结果如下:1.对小麦杂种F_2、F_3F_43个世代9个性状的选择,一般都是有效的。性状亲代选择的获得量在子代实现程度如何、与选作效率高低两者没有必然联系。在一定选择强度下、遗传实现率低的产量性状也可获得最高的相对遗传进度。2.性状选择的相对效率高低在组合间主要取决于性状选择的遗传实现率、而在组合内却与性状选择差的关系密切。3.性状选择的遗传实现率高低与理论遗传力高低在趋势上一致,在数值上非常接近侠义遗传力估值。4.在杂种后代中,推迟选择世代可以适当提高选择的效果和相对效果,却难以产生实质性的差异水平。5.性状实际选择的遗传进度年度间不存在互作,表现一致。遗传实现率的差异也较小。
The authors conducted nine years of actual selection of nine major traits of F_2 → F4 wheat hybrids and calculated the genetic achievement rate and genetic progress of the traits according to the actual selection results.
