应用RLWT车辙仪对某高速公路路面钻芯试件和室内成型试件开展抗车辙性能研究,评价不同沥青层面的抗车辙能力;根据试验结果,分析造成二者差异的原因及室内成型试件与室外施工成型试件的性能关系。结果表明:室内成型试件的抗车辙能力要强于施工成型试件,对于上面层前者可以达到后者的1.25倍左右,中面层和下面层可以达到3倍左右;数据分析同时表明:沥青混合料空隙率对不同沥青层面的抗车辙性能有较大影响,空隙率-试件变形每毫米所需要的荷载作用次数(RN)存在一定的线性关系;当空隙率为4%左右时,抗车辙性能最好,这和美国WEST TRACK试验的结论是一致的。
The RLWT rutting instrument was used to study the anti-rutting performance of core samples and indoor forming samples of a highway pavement, and to evaluate the anti-rutting ability of different asphalt layers.
