目的:分析比较中国牛蒡属药用植物果实脂肪油的化学成分,为其进一步合理应用提供参考。方法:采用溶剂提取法提取药材中的脂肪油,甲酯化后采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对化学成分进行分析鉴定,以面积归一化法计算求得各组分的相对百分含量。结果:从牛蒡果实脂肪油中得到20个色谱峰,鉴定出10个,从毛头牛蒡果实脂肪油中得到8个色谱峰,鉴定出6个。结论:中国牛蒡属药用植物果实中含有大量脂肪油,已鉴定两者共有6个成分,亚油酸的相对含量都大于60%,具有极大的潜在开发利用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of the medicinal plants of Arctium officinale with fatty oils in order to provide reference for its further rational application. Methods: Fatty oils were extracted by solvent extraction. The compounds were identified by GC-MS after methyl esterification. The chemical constituents were identified by area normalization Relative percentage. Results: 20 peaks were obtained from the fatty oil of burdock fruit and 10 were identified. Eight peaks were identified from the fatty oil of burdock fruit, and 6 were identified. CONCLUSION: The medicinal plants of Arctium officinale contain a large amount of fatty oils, which have been identified as having a total of six components and the relative content of linoleic acid is greater than 60%, which has great potential value for exploitation and utilization.
