摘要[目的]为了选育适应性更好、优质、丰产的杂交油菜品种。[方法]采用杂交转育方法,以黄子双低隐性核不育系02A为母本、双低恢复系41R为父本配制杂交组合宝油717,介绍其主要特征特性,并对其应用进行评价。[结果]该品种具有高油、丰产等特性。于2007年开始参加贵州省油菜研究所的预备试验、比较试验,表现优良,

Breeding of A New Hybrid Rape Variety Baoyou 717 with High Oil and Good Quality

Abstract[Objective] The aim was to breed hybrid rape variety with better adaptability, high yield and good quality. [Method] Baoyou 717 was bred by taking yellow seed with double low recessive genic male sterile line 02A as female parent and double low restorer 41R as male parent through hybrid commercial method, then introduced its main characteristics and evaluated its application. [Result] Baoyou 717 had characteristics of high oil content and high yield. It showed better during preliminary test and comparison test of Guizhou Province Rape Institute in 2007, and it joined the Shaanxi Province rape regional test in 2010. During Shaanxi Province regional test in 2010-2012, oil production of 9 test points increased and the production increasing point rate was 90.0%, and the average yield was 2842.50 kg/hm2 and increased 3.42% comparing with that of the control Qinyou No. 7, and the average oil production was 1 236.15 kg/hm2 and increased 7.62% comparing with that of the control Qinyou No. 7. The 2year quality analysis results showed that the average erucic acid content was 0.51% (0.29% in 2011, 0.72% in 2012), the average glucosinolate content was 35.22 μmol/g(cake)[37.15 μmol/g(cake) in 2011, 33.29 μmol/g(cake) in 2012], the average oil content was 47.34%(46.12% in 2011, 48.55% in 2012). It accessed Shaanxi Province Regional Test in June, 2013 and approved. [Conclusion] The study provides a reference for rape breeding in future.

收稿日期20140625甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育材料油研系列杂交油菜品种抗性好、品质优、纯度高[1-5],在贵州及长江流域得到了较大面积的推广和应用,并得到了来自全国各地种植户的好评[4]。宝油717是贵州禾睦福种子有限公司和汉滨区农业技术推广中心联合利用多个双隐性核不育材料转育成功的黄子双低高油分的不育两型系,与具有相同品质性状的恢复系配制成功的优质杂交油菜新组合。该组合于2007年开始配制,2007~2010年进入贵州省油菜研究所的组合预备试验和组合比较试验,表现为一个中熟的高油高产双低优良杂交油菜新组合。2010~2012年参加陕西省油菜区试和生产试验。笔者对该品种的选育过程和方法进行分析和探讨,以期为油菜育种提供参考依据。

杂交油菜宝油717是用02AB与 41R组配而成的强优势组合。
2亲本来源
2.1不育系02AB是1997年春以黄子双低隐性核不育两系材料秦2A为母本,用双低隐性核不育系1601B作测交保持,在F1分离出不育株后选择好的不育株作母本,用含油量较高的黄子双低隐性核不育两系材料408B为父本再测交进行转育,经多年多代田间成对测交系统选育和室内品质分析选育,于2005年选育成稳定的黄子双低高含油量的隐性核不育两系材料02AB。 2.2恢复系41R是利用显性核不育轮回选择群体的选育技术[6],1996年把13份双低或黄子双低常规品系与显性核不育株进行杂交,利用其保持原理全部进行混合繁殖,每年进行选择不育株再进行混合繁殖。2000年再同时与5个黄子双低恢复系或双低品系杂交,如此反复并不断增加新的常规品种或品系进行杂交,充实基因库,于2006年选育出新的隐性核不育恢复系41R。
3不育系的选育
3.1不育系02AB的选育方法及过程不育系02AB是1997年春以黄子双低隐性核不育两系材料秦2A为母本,用双低隐性核不育系1601B作测交保持,在F1分离出不育株后选择好的不育株作母本,用含油量较高的黄子双低隐性核不育两系材料408B为父本再测交进行转育,经多年多代田间成对测交系统选育和室内品质分析选育,于2005年选育成稳定的黄子双低高含油量的核不育两系材料02AB。该不育系优点是含油量较高,结实性较发好,丰产性较好,分枝多,主花序长,抗倒性好,子粒大。其选育流程图如图1所示。
