随着企业经营环境的变化,企业软实力对企业获得竞争优势的作用越来越大,国内学术界对企业软实力的研究也逐渐增多。文章在明确企业软实力概念内涵的基础上,概括出企业软实力结构的理论维度;然后,通过访谈、预试和大样本调查,采用两套独立样本分别进行了探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析、结构方程建模。结果表明,企业软实力是一个四维度的结构:企业策划力、企业执行力、企业管控力与企业创新力。所开发的企业软实力量表具有良好的信度、收敛效度与区别效度。准则效度的检验同时表明了企业软实力对企业绩效的影响显著。
As the business environment changes, the soft power of the enterprise has a greater and greater effect on the competitive advantage of the enterprise, and the domestic academic research on the enterprise soft power has also gradually increased. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the concept of enterprise soft power, the article summarizes the theoretical dimensions of the enterprise soft power structure. Then, through interviews, pre-tests and large sample surveys, two sets of independent samples are respectively used for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that enterprise soft power is a four-dimensional structure: business planning, business execution, business control and business innovation. The developed enterprise soft power scale has good reliability, convergence validity and discriminant validity. The test of criterion validity also shows that the impact of enterprise soft power on business performance is significant.
