Xenograft is a human cancer transplanted into nude mice and becomes a passable tumor strain. The experimental conditions are high, the cycle is long and the success rate is low, generally 20 to 30%, and the most successful melanoma is only 45. % of success rate. Some tumor strains are difficult to digest and disperse, which also brings great obstacles to the application of the experiment. The author used the BALB/CATcL strain, a nude mouse self-bred in this laboratory, to cut the surgical specimen of this hospital, human colon cancer (WRJ) into 2 x 2 x 1 mm to 3 small pieces under aseptic conditions. The trocar inoculates the nude mouse’s groin subcutaneously, and the length is 10×9×11mm~3 after 53 days.
