干涉配合能提高接头疲劳寿命,已成为目前最有效的强化工艺方法之一。国内外飞机制造中已广泛应用干涉配合,但我国目前飞机制造中的干涉配合铆接只限于铝合金结构。钛合金优越的性能使其在飞机结构中的应用比例大幅提高,但钛合金结构的干涉配合铆接在我国飞机制造中还是一个空白。针对某型机的实际结构对钛合金结构的干涉配合铆接疲劳性能进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,较普通铆接干涉配合铆接可明显提高接头疲劳寿命,加载的应力水平越低,疲劳寿命提高越明显。另外,钉孔间隙等工艺参数对疲劳寿命增益也有较大影响。
Interference with fatigue joints can improve the life, has become the most effective method of strengthening one. The interference fit has been widely used in the manufacture of aircraft at home and abroad. However, the interference fit riveting in aircraft manufacture in China is limited to aluminum alloy structure. Titanium alloy superior performance makes its application in the aircraft structure increased significantly, but the interference with titanium alloy riveting aircraft manufacturing in China is still a blank. Aiming at the actual structure of a type of machine, the interference fit and the riveting fatigue performance of titanium alloy structure were studied. The results show that the joint fatigue life can be obviously improved compared with the common riveting interference and riveting. The lower the stress level is, the more obvious the fatigue life increase. In addition, nail holes and other process parameters on the fatigue life gain also have a greater impact.
