基于Fe-Zn二元相图和典型热浸镀锌层组织,论述了热浸镀锌层的相组成、相结构及其形成过程。利用Zn原子浓度和时间的关系,建立了热浸镀锌层的生长动力学模型,重点讨论了ζ相层的生长动力学,给出了镀层厚度与时间,以及镀层生长速率与扩散系数和浓度梯度的关系;并指出了该领域今后的研究方向。
Based on the binary phase diagram of Fe-Zn and the typical hot-dip galvannealed layer, the phase composition, phase structure and formation process of hot dip galvanized layer were discussed. Based on the relationship between Zn concentration and time, a kinetic model for the growth of hot-dip galvanized coatings was established. The growth kinetics of ζ-phase coatings was discussed. The thickness and time of the coatings were also discussed. The growth rate, diffusion coefficient and concentration Gradient relationship; and pointed out the field of future research.
