四川省涪陵地区劳动局的同志,最近对国有企业职工教育的现状进行了调查,其结果令人深感忧虑。企业职工教育严重滞后于市场经济建设的需要,职工素质与职工教育工作同步下滑,导致先进设备难以发挥应有效能,科技成果难以转化为先进生产力。调查者分析了职工教育滑坡的原因,提出了改变现状的对策与建议,对扭转部分企业存在的职工教育工作下滑状况,具有借鉴和指导意义。
Comrades from the Fuling District Labor Bureau in Sichuan Province recently conducted a survey on the current situation of worker education in state-owned enterprises, and the result is deeply troubling. The education of enterprise staff and workers lags behind the need of market economy construction. The quality of staff and workers’ education is falling simultaneously with the education of staff and workers. As a result, it is difficult for advanced equipment to exert its own effectiveness and the scientific and technological achievements can hardly be transformed into advanced productive forces. The investigators analyzed the causes of the landslide of staff education, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for changing the status quo, and have the reference and guidance significance for reversing the decline of staff education in some enterprises.
