案情简介中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所(下称硅酸盐所)在1985年承担国家空间技术大型精密远红外光谱发射率性能实验设备研制过程中,发现微晶玻璃陶瓷材料具有高发射率性能。硅酸盐所利用这一发现,研制开发了微晶灯状远红外辐射加热器(下称加热器)并于1986年4月8日申请了“微晶灯状远红外辐射加热器”专利,后于1987年7月9日获得授权,专利号为ZL86201531.6。该专利曾先后获得全国发明展览会金牌、日内瓦国家发明新技术展览会金牌。
