目的 :建立川天康胶囊中阿魏酸和天麻素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用ODS柱 ,流动相分别为甲醇 - 1%冰醋酸(5 0∶5 0 )和甲醇 -磷酸盐缓冲溶液 -水 (4∶4∶92 ) ,检测波长为 313nm和 2 70nm。结果 :阿魏酸对照品在 0 .5 0 8～ 2 .5 4μg之间呈良好的线性关系 ,平均加样回收率为 99.72 %、RSD为 1.0 1%。天麻素对照品在 0 .80 8～ 1.16 1μg之间呈良好的线性关系 ,平均加样回收率为 92 .0 7%、RSD为 1.2 1%。结论 :本法可以作为川天康胶囊质量控制的有效方法
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid and gastrodin in Chuantiankang capsule. METHODS: ODS column was used. The mobile phases were methanol-1% glacial acetic acid (50:50) and methanol-phosphate buffer solution-water (4:4:92). The detection wavelengths were 313nm and 270nm. RESULTS: The ferulic acid reference substance showed a good linear relationship between 0. 508 and 2.54 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.72% and the RSD was 1.01%. The gastrodin reference showed a good linear relationship between 0.80 and 1.16 1 μg, with an average recovery of 92.07% and an RSD of 1.21%. Conclusion : This method can be used as an effective method for quality control of Chuan Tian Kang capsules
