随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展以及国家政策的不断完善,我国企业的发展无论是从规模上还是从速度上都取得了重大的进步。人事管理作为企业经营管理的重要组成部分,对于企业顺利生产以及协调有效运转起着积极的作用。计算机网络大背景下,加强对企业人事管理策略的分析有着重要的现实意义。本文旨在研究我国网络大背景下企业人事管理存在问题,针对问题提出相应的解决策略,为我国企业在网络大背景下进行人事管理提供可行性的思路。
With the continuous development of our socialist market economy and the constant improvement of our national policies, the development of our country’s enterprises has made significant progress both in scale and in speed. As an important part of business management, personnel management plays an active role in smooth production and coordinated operation. Under the background of computer network, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the analysis of corporate personnel management strategy. The purpose of this paper is to study the existing problems of enterprise personnel management under the background of network in our country and to put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems so as to provide a feasible way for our country’s enterprises to carry out personnel management under the network background.
