In the practical application of the alumina railway tanker, there are some problems such as bad unloading and heavy maintenance work. These problems reflect the application of the basic theory of fluidization in the field of railway vehicles and need to be further explored. The fluidization quality of alumina particles is analyzed. The fluidized unloading process of alumina railway tanker is described. It is helpful to understand the application of fluidization theory more accurately and to improve the structural design defect of alumina railway tanker.
