大阿魏(Ferula communis L)是某些出血性疾病的致病物质。曾从其中分离到几个异戊烯化的香豆素衍生物,在体外试验中有抗血栓形成活性。此外,大阿魏中也含有邻羟基苯乙酮衍生物,可能是该植物的有毒成分,因为像芍药酮(2羟基-4甲氧基苯乙酮)在体外有抑制血小板聚集作用,而在体内则有抗血凝活性。邻羟基苯乙酮团在前列腺素类化合物的合成和白三烯受体拮抗剂方面也具有重要意义。本文报道从意大利撒丁岛上收集到的大阿魏根中分离到一种新的异戊烯基苯乙酮衍生物的结构测定和合成,(见附图)。
Ferula communis L is a causative agent of certain hemorrhagic diseases. Several prenylated coumarin derivatives have been isolated therefrom and have antithrombotic activity in in vitro tests. In addition, Oxymatrine also contains o-hydroxyacetophenone derivatives, which may be toxic components of the plant, because such as peonyone (2-hydroxy-4 methoxyacetophenone) in vitro inhibition of platelet aggregation in the In vivo there is anti-clotting activity. O-hydroxyacetophenone groups are also of great interest in the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotriene receptor antagonists. This article reports the structural determination and synthesis of a novel isopentenyl acetophenone derivative isolated from the large scutellare collected from Sardinia, Italy (see attached).
