以橡胶树PR107为试验材料,比较了不同浓度乙烯气刺微割下的产量和胶乳生理变化。通过对气刺微割中不同乙烯浓度的产量和生理效应的分析,发现橡胶树PR107气刺微割的增产效应与乙烯气体浓度并不成比例,乙烯气体浓度过高达不到增产效果。采用高浓度(超过60%)乙烯刺激割胶,会造成胶树生理亏缺,干含下降,产量不稳定。采用低浓度(<40%)的乙烯刺激割胶,胶树生理性状较平稳,胶乳干含稳定,且可获得较高的产量。
The rubber tree PR107 was used as the experimental material to compare the yield and latex physiological changes of ethylene under different concentrations of ethylene. Through the analysis of the yield and physiological effects of different ethylene concentrations in the gas-stitched microsections, it was found that the increase effect of the PR107 stoma micro-cut was not proportional to the ethylene gas concentration, and the ethylene gas concentration was too high to increase the yield. The use of high concentrations (more than 60%) of ethylene to stimulate tapping, will result in physiological deficits, dry content decreased, the yield is not stable. The use of low concentration (<40%) of ethylene to stimulate tapping, gum tree physiological properties of a more stable latex dry and stable, and can obtain higher yields.
