激励教育是一种激发孩子学习兴趣、充分挖掘孩子潜能的新型教育方式,在提倡素质教育的今天很受欢迎。在小学语文课堂教学过程中,老师们面对的都是喜欢被鼓励的孩子们,所以在课堂中老师的激励可以促进孩子对学习的兴趣与积极性。孩子在老师的鼓励下成长,他们在自己的幼小心灵中会对自己更加自信,有利于健康人格的形成。笔者根据自己的多年小学语文教学经验,对激励教育方式作了探索。 Incentive education is a new type of education to stimulate children’s interest in learning and to fully tap the potential of children.
