徐文焕同志提出用“一次传播法”解结构力学中常见的五项方程组,一方面对解算过程赋予了显明的物理概念,同时对一些系数也作了生动的力学解释,这一工作是值得称道的。笔者曾经得出一个线性方程组的普遍解法——矩阵消去法。读了徐文后发现:从数学本质上看,一次传播法并非“求解联立方程式的初参数法”(原文第25页),而是赋予了一定物理意义的高斯消去法,可以作为笔者提出的矩阵消去法的一个特例。同时不难看出,
