高校图书馆是高校的重要有机组成部分,担负着为高校教学和科研服务的重任,是高校人才培养的重要阵地,也是高校开展科学研究的重要平台。对于贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020)要求,适应经济社会发展需要,提升高校人才培养、科学研究、传播知识和社会服务的整体水平,举办人民满意教育,发挥着极其重要的作用。高校图书馆的高效运转,离不开一支高水平的人才队伍。本文意在探讨高校图书馆如何通过人力资源管理创新来提升高校人力资源管理水平,进而提升高校图书馆整体管理与服务水平,为高校教学和科研提供更优质服务。
