目的 探讨原发性浆细胞白血病（ＰＰＣＬ）的临床特点。方法 对１１ 例ＰＰＣＬ进行回顾性分析。结果 ７ 例接受治疗，除２ 例仍存活外（１例存活已达１ ａ 现仍在观察中，另１例为新近诊断）其余均已死亡（１例存活５ａ，其余均于１ ａ内死亡）。结论 ＰＰＣＬ与急性白血病类似。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of primary plasma cell leukemia (PPCL). Methods 11 cases of PPCL were retrospectively analyzed. Results 7 cases were treated, except 2 cases were still alive (1 case is still under observation for 1 year and the other case is newly diagnosed). The rest were dead (1 case survived 5 years, and the rest died within 1 year. ). Conclusion PPCL is similar to acute leukemia.
