针对目前中学引体向上教学效率低下的现状。本文通过对引体向上动作技术的运动生理解剖学和生物力学分析,得出提高肱二头肌、肱肌、胸大肌和背阔肌力量、耐力以及动作的协调性是决定引体向上成绩的最主要因素,针对教学中常用的近十多种辅助教学手段,优选出与之相关系数较高且对提高引体向上成绩具有重要作用的若干教学手段。经教学实践检验,结合教学技巧的运用,效果显著,对提高引体向上课堂教学效率有一定价值。
Aiming at the current inefficient teaching of middle school students.
