一种新的修正方法──正等距加负移距来改善大速比摆线针轮减速机的整机性能,提高其承载能力.建立了优化设计数学模型,进行了样机试验和对比,并从理论上分析了采用正等加负移距修形可大幅度提高其承载能力的原因.
A new correction method ─ ─ plus equidistant plus negative shift to improve the speed ratio cycloid reducer machine performance, increase its carrying capacity. The mathematical model of optimal design was established, and the prototype tests and comparisons were carried out. The reasons for using the positive and negative incremental traverse methods to improve their carrying capacity were theoretically analyzed.
