报道了对78例临床疑诊恶性淋巴瘤及白血病病人核素淋巴显像结果的分析,以评价淋巴显像在血液病诊断中的应用。经病理证实恶性淋巴瘤30例,非恶性淋巴瘤24例,核素淋巴显像诊断恶性淋巴瘤的灵敏度为83.3%,特异性为62.5%;与CT及B超相比,临床符合率分别为83.3%、66.7%和22.2%;经骨髓穿刺证实白血病9例,非白血病15例,核素显像诊断白血病的灵敏度为88.9%,特异性为53.3%;与CT相比,临床符合率分别为88.9%和50%。核素淋巴显像在恶性淋巴瘤以及白血病诊断方面有较高的灵敏度。
The results of radionuclide imaging of 78 cases of suspected malignant lymphomas and leukemia patients were analyzed to evaluate the application of lymphoscintigraphy in the diagnosis of hematological diseases. 30 cases of malignant lymphomas and 24 cases of non-malignant lymphomas were confirmed by pathology. The sensitivity of radionuclide imaging in the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma was 83.3% and the specificity was 62.5%. Compared with CT and B ultrasound, The coincidence rates were 83.3%, 66.7%, and 22.2%, respectively; 9 cases of leukemia and 15 cases of non-leukemia were confirmed by bone marrow biopsy. The sensitivity of radionuclide imaging in the diagnosis of leukemia was 88.9% and the specificity was 53. .3%; compared with CT, clinical compliance rates were 88.9% and 50%, respectively. Radionuclide imaging has higher sensitivity in the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma and leukemia.
