Bowen氏病是一种少见的上皮内鳞状细胞癌。肛用Bowen氏病自Vickers等于1939年首次报告以来,共有45例。作者单位1979年曾报告12例,本文又加21例,并对上次病例进一步随访。作者医院1954～86年共治疗33例肛周Bowen氏病,年龄30～69岁(平均48岁),男21,女12。13例(39％)系行痔切除做病理时发现患本病。余28例(61％)肛周发现病灶并有症状,病灶平均存在34个月(1月～10年)。病灶为突起,不规则有屑的暗红色斑,有湿疹样改变。10例以往有肿瘤病史(7例宫颈癌,2例淋巴瘤,1例肉瘤)。27例行局部广泛切除, Bowen’s disease is a rare form of intraepithelial squamous cell carcinoma. Bowen’s disease of the anus has been reported for 45 times since Vickers et al. first reported in 1939. The authors reported 12 cases in 1979. This article added 21 cases and further follow-up of the last case. The author’s hospital treated 33 cases of perianal Bowen’s disease between the ages of 1954 and 86, aged from 30 to 69 years (average 48 years), male 21 and female 12.13 cases (39%) . In the remaining 28 cases (61%), lesions were found in the perianal area and there were symptoms. The lesions lasted for an average of 34 months (January to 10 years). The lesions were raised, dark red spots with irregular crumbs, and eczema-like changes. There were 10 cases of previous history of cancer (7 cases of cervical cancer, 2 cases of lymphoma, and 1 case of sarcoma). 27 cases of extensive resection,
