本实验将游离肝细胞移植于同系大鼠脾脏内,在超微结构水平观察1—18个月期间在脾脏增殖的肝细胞,发现移植12个月后在脾脏生成的“异位肝”具有正常肝组织细胞的各项超微结构特征。对贮脂细胞、内皮细胞、吞噬细胞以及胆小管上皮细胞的来源及其与肝细胞器官化而形成“异位肝”的机理进行讨论。
In this experiment, free hepatocytes were transplanted in the spleen of syngeneic rats, and the hepatocytes proliferated in the spleen during the period of 1 to 18 months were observed at the ultrastructure level.
