多中心协作组对COPD患者的神经病变发病率、病变类型及可能的病因进行了评价。选择89例经病史、肺功能检查确诊的COPD患者,平均年龄64(43~79)岁,平均FEV_10.9(SD±0.3)L,平均体重69.7(SD±13.7)kg。对受试者进行电生理学检查和临床分析。电生理学检查采用体表电极测定上、下肢感觉神经和运动神经的传导作用,测定指标包括诱发电位振幅和传导速度,及运动神经末梢的潜伏期和F波潜伏期;临床分析包括详细记录神经症状的类型、持续时间、分布、严重程度和进展情况;体检包括感觉的灵敏度、肌张力、腱反射、动作的协调性和颅神经功能。
The multicenter collaborative group evaluated the incidence of neuropathy, the type of lesion, and the possible etiology of COPD patients. A total of 89 COPD patients diagnosed by medical history and pulmonary function test were selected. The mean age was 64 (43-79) years. The mean FEV_10.9 (SD ± 0.3) L and average body weight were 69.7 (SD ± 13.7) kg. Subjects underwent electrophysiological examination and clinical analysis. Electrophysiological examination using the body surface electrode measured upper and lower limb sensory nerve and motor nerve conduction, determination of indicators including evoked potential amplitude and conduction velocity, and motor nerve endings latency and F wave latency; clinical analysis includes a detailed record of the type of neurological symptoms , Duration, distribution, severity and progress; physical examination includes sensory sensitivity, muscle tone, tendon reflexes, motor coordination and cranial nerve function.
