采用有限元法研究了基体条件对等离子喷涂Sm2Zr2O7/YSZ双陶瓷层热障涂层涂层的残余热应力,并与单一Sm2Zr2O7涂层进行了比较。计算结果表明,涂层的残余热应力随金属基体的热膨胀系数增加而增大,当基体厚度超过25mm后,径向应力不再变化,基体半径对涂层残余应力的影响可以忽略。Sm2Zr2O7/YSZ涂层的热应力明显小于单一的Sm2Zr2O7涂层,增加涂层的层数可缓解残余热应力。
The residual thermal stress of plasma sprayed Sm2Zr2O7 / YSZ dual-layer thermal barrier coating was studied by finite element method and compared with single Sm2Zr2O7 coating. The calculated results show that the residual thermal stress of the coating increases with the increase of the thermal expansion coefficient of the metal matrix. When the thickness of the matrix exceeds 25 mm, the radial stress does not change any more. The effect of the substrate radius on the residual stress of the coating is negligible. The thermal stress of Sm2Zr2O7 / YSZ coating is obviously lower than the single Sm2Zr2O7 coating. Increasing the number of coating layers can relieve the residual thermal stress.
