高等职业技术教育是作为我国高等教育的重要类型,承担了为社会培养更多、更好的高技能人才的任务。近年来,“国家示范”高职的建设,在高职教育发展起到了巨大的推动作用,国家级教学名师、国家级优秀教学团队脱颖而出,在高等职业技术教育教师队伍建设中起到了巨大的引领、示范作用。但是,就全国高职教育整体来讲,适应高职教育飞速发展的优质教师队伍建设任务远没有完成,高职院校必须从制度层面构建教师队伍建设长效机制,全面促进高职教师队伍的整体水平。
