近年来,高等职业教育迅速发展,高职教育已经发展成为我国高等教育体系中一个重要的组成部分。然而,高职生源文化基础相对比较薄弱,心理自卑感较强,思想不甚稳定等负面情绪对教学提出新的挑战。如何针对他们的心理特点,引导高职学生改善负面情绪并提高整体心理素质,是我们日益关注的问题。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher vocational education has developed into an important part of China’s higher education system. However, the negative cultural foundation of higher vocational students is relatively weak, the psychological inferiority complex is strong, the idea is not stable and other negative emotions to teach new challenges. How to guide their vocational students to improve their negative emotions and improve their overall psychological quality according to their psychological characteristics is our growing concern.
