根据硒化锌(ZnSe)晶体材料的性能特点,在大量试验的基础上,探索出了一套实用的、行之有效的ZnSe晶体的整盘等厚加工工艺。加工中采用双氧水溶剂浸泡Al2O3抛光剂,软化了Al2O3磨料。结果表明:该工艺技术有效地提高了ZnSe晶体零件的表面光洁度,保证了同心度,对于实际生产有一定的推广应用价值。
According to the performance characteristics of zinc selenide (ZnSe) crystal materials, a set of practical and effective ZnSe crystals were fabricated on the basis of a large number of experiments. In the process of using H2O2 solvent soaked Al2O3 polishing agent, softened Al2O3 abrasive.
