学业评价是教学活动的一个重要环节,对课程实施有很强的导向、激励和反馈作用。以前的教学评价注重甄别和选择的功能,操作起来比较简便,而新课程大纲实施后,学业评价转向了更多地注重激励和反馈功能,即通过评价及时得到反馈,激励学生的兴趣,促进师生不断地改进教与学,从而提高教学质量。这对于一线教师来说是个全新的课题。具体到小学一年级汉语以识字为主的教学任务,评价该如何实施更是一项繁杂的工程。
