目的 探索对中老年 2型糖尿病切实有效的营养干预措施。方法 选取临床确诊的非住院 2型糖尿病患者 6 0例 ,采用配对设计分为干预组和对照组。干预组除给予药物治疗外还采取膳食指导、营养教育咨询、配制食谱等干预措施 ,对照组为单纯药物治疗组。结果 采用营养干预措施后干预组与对照组比较 ,空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标均有显著降低。结论 2型糖尿病患者在使用药物治疗同时注意合理饮食和营养 ,对改善 2型糖尿病临床症状 ,控制血糖 ,延缓糖尿病并发症的发生 ,有明显的促进作用。
Objective To explore practical and effective nutritional interventions for type 2 diabetes in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods Sixty patients with clinically diagnosed non-hospital type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into two groups: intervention group and control group. In addition to medication intervention, the intervention group also adopted dietary guidance, nutritional education counseling, preparation of recipes and other interventions, and the control group was treated with simple drug therapy. Results Compared with the control group, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly lower in the intervention group than those in the control group. Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus should pay attention to proper diet and nutrition while using drugs to improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes, control blood sugar and delay the occurrence of diabetic complications.
