通过测定掘进巷道粉尘浓度,确定粉尘浓度分布规律、KCS除尘系统组成及其工作特性,采用数值模拟方法分析掘进机除尘器不同结构内部气流运行规律,确定选用分流板加3排挡板作为新型高效除尘器的内部结构;通过3个现场试验,验证了数值模拟结果,该新型除尘器在掘进头处的除尘效率为80%,距离除尘器出口150 m范围内的降尘率均可达到90%以上,司机位和除尘器处的降尘率可达94%以上。
