路基在通车后很长时间内会持续发生下沉,即工后沉降。在设计基准期内,高速公路工后沉降若超过规范容许要求,会造成桥头跳车、路面积水、路面开裂等病害,影响行车舒适性、降低车辆行驶速度和道路的通行能力、甚至形成严重的交通安全隐患。因高速公路建设的提速,路基填筑完毕后自然沉降时间往往较短,路基的工后沉降更加明显,必须在施工过程中采取补强措施予以控制。本文结合六盘水至六枝高速公路采用YZ36系列超大吨位超大激振力压路机的工程实践,通过实验,验证了YZ36系列振动压路机在高填方路基补强碾压中的作用,补强效果明显。

In this paper, the engineering practice of YZ36 series large tonnage super exciting vibratory roller is adopted in LiPanShui to LiuZhi expressway. Through experiments, the effect of YZ36 series vibratory roller on the compaction and compaction of high filled subgrade is verified, and the reinforcing effect is obvious.
