目的建立液液萃取-气质联用法同时测定水中二氯苯、三氯苯、六氯苯、敌敌畏、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱、对硫磷、乐果、阿特拉津、克百威、百菌清、七氯、六六六、滴滴涕和苯并(а)芘等25种半挥发性有机物的检测方法。方法水样经二氯甲烷一次萃取后,二氯甲烷相经无水硫酸钠脱水,氮吹浓缩后,采用程序升温,DB-5MS毛细管柱,进行GC-MS分析,选择离子模式检测,外标法定量。结果在所建立的实验条件下,25种化合物分离良好,检出限在0.019μg/L~0.64μg/L,加标回收率为73.8%~119.1%。结论该方法只需萃取一次,前处理简单快速,回收率高,重复性好,可用于水中25种半挥发性有机物的同步分析测定。
