网络的出现,打破了传统媒体时代的传播方式,微博等新媒体的出现,让每一个人都成为可能的信息的传播者,这给政府的危机公关带来新的课题。社会问题出现后,不再是街谈巷议的事情,网络的出现让信息传播的速度更快、传播范围更广,而且更具煽动性。政府在处理危机公关的时候,要充分的了解网络舆情,于此同时,新媒体的出现也给政府的危机公关提供了新的媒介工具。本文主要研究了网络群体性事件的类型,这些事件给政府危机公关带来的问题,以及针对相关问题提出的意见。
The advent of the Internet has broken the way of communication in the traditional media era and the advent of new media such as Weibo so that everyone becomes a possible communicator of information. This brings new problems to the government’s crisis public relations. After the emergence of social problems, it is no longer a matter of street talk. The advent of the Internet makes information dissemination faster, more widespread and more provocative. At the same time, the emergence of new media also provides a new media tool for the government’s crisis public relations. This paper mainly studies the types of cyber mass incidents, the problems they bring to the government crisis public relations, and the opinions they give on related issues.
