本文从劳动分工和专业化出发,对语言的人力资本属性进行了阐述,认为语言人力资本的大小取决于个体专业化组织语言的习得质量。在此基础之上,本文采用“选美博弈”对个体语言习得决策进行两阶段分解,说明了个体前期的语言习得是为了在后期的人力资本竞争中获得优势;并分析了个体语言习得决策过程中的私人信息与公共信息的作用机理以及影响这两类信息形成和扩散的现实因素。
Starting from the division of labor and specialization, this paper elaborates the human capital attributes of language and considers that the size of language human capital depends on the acquisition quality of language of individual specialized organizations. On this basis, the paper uses “beauty contest” to analyze the individual language acquisition decision-making in two stages, which shows that the individual acquisition of language acquisition is to gain advantage in the competition of human capital in the later period. The mechanism of private information and public information in the process of decision-making and the realistic factors that influence the formation and spread of these two kinds of information.
