在现实的教学过程中,绝大多数教师为了应付各种各样的考试,随意加快教学进度和增加教学难度,用统一的标准来衡量学生,往往偏爱优等生,对学困生冷眼相对,甚至讽刺挖苦,致使一部分学生在学习中很少有成功的体验,逐渐失去学习兴趣并产生厌学情绪。为了使每位学生能够感受到学习的乐趣,笔者尝试在科学教学中对学生进行成功教育。这里的成功教育是指教师创设和谐、宽松的育人环境,合理安排教学内容,精心设计教学过程,妥善处理教材
