乳腺癌是危害女性健康的一种常见疾病。本文利用一种新型的红外热成像技术,获得40例健康青年女性和4名患有乳腺疾病女性的乳腺红外热图像并进行分析。结果表明:健康青年女性左、右乳腺组织的平均温度基本呈对称性分布,但右乳略高(0.11±0.16,P<0.01),乳腺4个象限左右两侧的温差约为0.50℃。患有疾病乳腺的温度分布左右明显不对称。此外,研究初步发现健康青年女性乳腺温度分布的统计直方图基本呈正态分布,而患疾乳腺则明显偏离正态分布,偏离程度与疾病的类型及发病程度有关。最后,初步给出左右乳腺的平均温差超过0.50℃提示乳腺组织潜在危险性,为乳腺疾病的热图解读提供参考。
Breast cancer is a common disease that endangers women’s health. In this paper, a new type of infrared thermography was used to obtain and analyze the breast infrared thermal images of 40 healthy young women and 4 women with breast diseases. The results showed that the average temperature of healthy left and right breasts was basically symmetrical, but the right breast was slightly higher (0.11 ± 0.16, P <0.01). The temperature difference between the left and right sides of the four quadrants was about 0.50 ℃. The temperature distribution of the affected breast is obviously asymmetric. In addition, the study initially found that the statistical histogram of breast temperature distribution in healthy young women was basically normal distribution, while the diseased breast was significantly deviated from the normal distribution, the degree of deviation and the type of disease and the degree of disease related. Finally, it is initially given that the average temperature difference between the left and right breasts exceeds 0.50 ℃, which indicates the potential risk of breast tissue and provides a reference for the interpretation of the heat map of breast diseases.
