本文在深入调查研究的基础上,运用所学激励理论采用理论联系实际、定量与定性分析相结合的方法,针对企业的情况,从物质和精神方面对员工的激励机制进行了设计。通过对企业人员结构的分析和激励机制现状的描述,指出了在对企业激励机制设计的过程中,从薪酬激励方面研究了企业的物质激励机制的水平、吸引力与同行业相比,并阐明了要建立有实效性的可激励的企业内部激励体系。
Based on the deep investigation and research, this paper applies the theory of motivation learned to the combination of theory with practice, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and designs the motivation mechanism of the staff from the aspects of material and spirit according to the situation of the enterprise.
