叶其懂“三心”品牌团队隶属于上海市邮政公司曹杨路投递支局。2007年6月,曹杨新村投递支局成立了“叶其懂‘三心’服务团队”。该团队现有员工20人。叶其懂是上海市邮政公司曹杨路投递支局的投递员,1998年参加工作,2005年加入中国共产党。在14年的邮政投递工作岗位上,他始终牢记“人民邮政为人民”的崇高使命,坚持“真心对待用户、热心帮助用户、细心关照用户”的“三心”服务特色,累计投递信函160多万件、报刊120多万
