为了观察联合应用喷粉抛光技术及橡皮杯和磨光糊剂磨光技术处理牙龈退缩后牙面的临床效果，本研究选择了牙龈有明显退缩的患者３６名，随机分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三组，同一牙列随机选择Ａ、Ｄ区或Ｂ、Ｃ区牙齿作为实验牙，进行喷粉抛光和磨光处理。分别观察４、８、１２周时的ＳＩ、ＰＬＩ、ＳＢＩ、ＧＩ。结果表明实验区牙齿的ＳＩ、ＰＬＩ在４、８周时比对照区明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），但１２周时两者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；ＳＢＩ、ＧＩ在三个时间内均无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），提示联合应用喷粉抛光和橡皮杯、磨光糊剂磨光技术处理牙龈退缩后的牙面，能延缓色素和菌斑在牙面上的重新沉积
In order to observe the clinical application of the combined application of dusting and polishing techniques and the rubber cup and polishing process to treat the gingival recession, 36 patients with obvious gingival recession were randomly divided into A, B, C Three groups, the same dentition randomly selected A, D area or B, C area teeth as the experimental teeth, polish polishing and polishing treatment.
