为了观察联合应用喷粉抛光技术及橡皮杯和磨光糊剂磨光技术处理牙龈退缩后牙面的临床效果,本研究选择了牙龈有明显退缩的患者36名,随机分为A、B、C三组,同一牙列随机选择A、D区或B、C区牙齿作为实验牙,进行喷粉抛光和磨光处理。分别观察4、8、12周时的SI、PLI、SBI、GI。结果表明实验区牙齿的SI、PLI在4、8周时比对照区明显降低(P<0.05),但12周时两者无显著性差异(P>0.05);SBI、GI在三个时间内均无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示联合应用喷粉抛光和橡皮杯、磨光糊剂磨光技术处理牙龈退缩后的牙面,能延缓色素和菌斑在牙面上的重新沉积
