在后张预应力混凝土结构的工程应用中,常遇到预应力混凝土构件在张拉前即出现裂缝的问题。当混凝土结构是带裂缝工作时,工程结构的耐久性以及结构性能都将会受其影响。因此,不论是施工过程还是使用阶段,裂缝的产生都是一个值得特别关注的问题。对于预应力混凝土结构,其裂缝控制是较为严格的,尽管张拉前产生的裂缝可能会在张拉力后闭合,但是,张拉前即产生裂缝总是会对结构性能产生不利的影响,因此,有必要对预应力混凝土构件在张拉前产生裂缝的原因进行分析,并在此基础上寻找可行的预防裂缝产生的措施以及对结构出现裂缝后的裂缝种类辨别方法和相应的处理措施。
In the post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure engineering applications, often encountered before the prestressed concrete components cracks appear. When the concrete structure is cracked, the durability of the structure and the structural performance of the structure will be affected. Therefore, both the construction process and the use of the stage, the emergence of cracks is a problem of particular concern. For prestressed concrete structures, the crack control is more stringent. Although the cracks generated before the prestressing may be closed after the tensioning force, cracking before the tensioning always has an adverse effect on the structural performance. Therefore, It is necessary to analyze the causes of cracks before prestressed concrete members, and on this basis, to find out the feasible measures to prevent cracks and to identify the types of cracks after the cracks and the corresponding measures.
