目的探讨新诊断T2DM患者血清网膜素-1与骨钙素水平的变化及其与IR的关系。方法选取2012年6月至2013年3月新诊断T2DM组55例及NGT组55名。ELISA测定血清网膜素-1及骨钙素水平,同时,测定血糖、胰岛素水平、HbA1c及血脂等指标,稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)。结果 (1)T2DM组网膜素-1、骨钙素水平低于NGT组[(193.94±69.74)vs(429.73±78.12)ng/ml;(158.58±68.7)vs(377.74±73.38)pg/ml](P<0.05)。网膜素-1与骨钙素呈正相关(P<0.05)。(2)网膜素-1、骨钙素与FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)呈负相关。结论 T2DM患者网膜素-1与骨钙素水平均低于NGT者,且网膜素-1与骨钙素呈正相关,低水平的网膜素-1和骨钙素可能参与了T2DM的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum retinulin-1 and osteocalcin levels in newly diagnosed T2DM patients and its relationship with IR. Methods From June 2012 to March 2013, 55 newly diagnosed T2DM patients and 55 NGT patients were selected. Serum levels of OPN-1 and osteocalcin were measured by ELISA. Blood glucose, insulin, HbA1c and lipids were measured by ELISA. HOMA-IR and HOMA-β ). Results (1) The levels of retinulin-1 and osteocalcin in T2DM group were lower than those in NGT group [(193.94 ± 69.74) vs (429.73 ± 78.12) ng / ml; (158.58 ± 68.7) vs (377.74 ± 73.38) pg / ml ] (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between OPG-1 and osteocalcin (P <0.05). (2) The expression of OPG-1 and osteocalcin was negatively correlated with FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, HOMA-IR and apolipoprotein B (ApoB). Conclusions The level of OPG-1 and osteocalcin in patients with T2DM is lower than that of NGT, and there is a positive correlation between OPG-1 and osteocalcin. Low levels of OPN-1 and osteocalcin may be involved in the occurrence of T2DM .
